Visit our Packages page for more information about available packages and optional additional programming available for this year's Family Weekend.

How can my student get a football ticket?

Your student can request their ticket (free of charge) through the Charlotte Athletics ticketing system. Have your student visit their website to request their ticket: Encourage your student to do this early since game tickets are in high demand!

I'm a season ticket holder. Is there a package option that doesn't include the football ticket?

If you are a season ticket holder, you will still purchase the package of your choice through the system and pay the full price. However, we will refund the cost of the football ticket to you account after purchase. Once you have made your purchase, please contact New Student & Family Services at to request the refund. Refunds are processed on Wednesdays and usually take 2-3 business days to process.
